Your hosts have a passion for food and a love for cooking! Previously, Jerry owned a wedding cake and candy company, which he still enjoys doing. He also spent several years working the kitchen of a Hilton in the Greater Cincinnati area. Kent worked for many years managing the kitchen of a specialty restaurant in the Denver area. With their backgrounds in the restaurant industry and elaborate cake creations for weddings, Quinceañeras, bar mitzvah’s and bat mitzvah’s, your breakfast will be as unique as your stay.
With many farmers markets and nearby dairies in the Phoenix area, we strive to offer dishes local in nature and of a regionally flavored cuisine. From green chile quiche and award winning jalapeño jelly, to a orange salmon benedict with our own fresh eggs, we want your dining to be memorable. We strive to offer only the freshest and healthiest ingredients. Let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate special diets or restrictions as well. And of course, many dishes will include citrus and will be served with the best sweet navel orange juice in the Phoenix valley, squeezed fresh from our own trees, just for you.
